John Prise, Co-Owner
John, co-founder of First Prise Properties, has over 16 years management & marketing experience as well as a degree in marketing and earned an MBA from St. Bonaventure University. He and his brother, Tim, started First Prise Properties with one double house in University Heights in Buffalo and have consistently expanded the concept of reasonably priced housing managed by a team concept throughout Western New York.
Tim Prise, Co-Owner
Tim, co-founder of First Prise Properties, has over 15 years in financial management experience as well as a degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University. He and his brother, John, started First Prise Properties with one double in University Heights in Buffalo and consistently expanded the concept of reasonably priced housing managed by a "team" concept throughout Western New York.
Mike Coogan, Properties Manager
Mike brought his over 25 years of property management experience to us at the start of First Prise Properties. He has been an integral part of our "team" since we started. He has been with us through each acquisition, and is an expert on all of our complexes. He also holds a Lead Paint Certification, which is constantly updated through all necessary classes, and also attended Erie Community College.
Sean Coogan, Maintenance
Sean brings 10 years of property repair experience to our team and holds the honor of being Mike’s son. He has been building and repairing property his whole life and spent countless hours by his Dad’s side learning the business and holding several different jobs in the field before joining our "team." Sean’s cognitive approach to problems, and his pleasant demeanor toward our customers has won him numerous praises in the form of letters and emails from our residents.
Steve Kersten, Maintenance
Steve has been in the property maintenance field since he was 16 years old. He is also an expert in heating conductivity, working in that field for 5 years. Steve is a self starter, who assesses an assignment, solves the problem, and also repairs several potential problems in the process. Steve consistently goes above and beyond expectations in not only his assignments, but also forges positive relationships with our residents and co-workers, a highlight of our "team" concept.
Richard Busse, Painter
Rich brings over 20 years of painting experience to First Prise Properties. Before joining our "team," Richard held the responsibility of running his own business. Richard brings the knowledge of a freshly, professionally painted apartment to our use every day. Richard is a quick learner creating a wonderful "first impression", which highlights his ability to create lasting relationships with our customers.
Eddie Manning, Jr., Maintenance
Eddie brings over 10 years of mechanical expertise to First Prise Properties. Eddie worked in the mechanical field his whole life and brings that valuable knowledge to our "team." Eddie is a quick learner and self starter who will solve a problem quickly and is not afraid to tackle new challenges. He is the first to take on new projects, and brings a vibrance and energy that wins him praise from many of our long time residents.
Jennifer Vaughn, Office Coordinator
Jennifer brings over 10 years experience of dealing with customers to First Prise Properties. Jennifer has been in the customer service field since she was 15 years old, and is an expert in handling resident issues and concerns. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude has won her accolades with all our residents. Jennifer is a self starter, starting and completing tasks for residents in record time. She is our "t" in "team", and offers a fresh outlook to both "team members" and residents alike.
Daniel Stewart, Maintenance
Dan joined our team with 10 years of experience in the maintenance field. Dan is a quick learner, very considerate of our customers, and is eager to help. Dan also brings with him the abilty to focus on issues within an apartment complex and see them through to completion. We are fortunate to have Dan as a member of our team and are looking forward to Dan growing with our company and our customers.
Stacie Carney, Cleaning
Stacie joins our team as a 15 year professional cleaner who is looking to create a wonderful "first impression" for our new residents. Stacie will focus on cleaning our apartments, bringing in-house for the first time, a part of our business that was always handled by outside contractors. Stacie is a pleasant, cool headed individual who is perfectly suited to be the cleaning part of our team.
